It may not seem like it, but retirement is a profound life change. After all, your daily routine is suddenly turned completely upside down. No more going to an employer daily, no more getting up on time, and suddenly many obligations are gone. This can already be a challenge with a partner, but without it can be even more difficult to find a new balance. To also prepare all singles well for retirement, we have developed the course ”Retirement in sight – Singles”.

During this 3-day training you will have inspiring conversations with fellow singles, exchange experiences with each other and reflect on the emerging new phase of your life. Each day you will follow an interesting program, interspersed with walks in beautiful and inspiring surroundings, and of course you will enjoy delicious lunches and dinners together.

Our approach.
Step 1; Intake
An intake takes place prior to the training. Based on the intake, we will assign you to a training group with a similar background, learning objectives and points for attention. This allows you to get the highest possible return from the training.
Step 2; The training
This training is characterized by inspiring introductions, which are followed by theoretical insights and practical assignments. Plenary sessions alternate with working out assignments in subgroups. The training is given by experienced trainers.
Step 3; Support
Essenburgh Training & Advice offers you a support program from the last day of training. The support programme lasts three weeks and gives you the opportunity to receive support from the trainer in putting your learning goals into practice. You also have access to a digital learning environment.
