Meet our team
Christian van de Kieft
Christian is the financial controller at Essenburgh and lives in Emmeloord. Our financial and fiscal affairs are always in good hands with Christian, making sure we’re not facing any unpleasant surprises. In addition, he often offers a helping hand in managing, planning, and organizing events and training sessions. Being the financial brain of the company, he loves to invest. Christian also appreciates a nice stroll in nature.
Liza Tymchenko
Liza is our Research consultant at Essenburgh and lives in Soest. With a direct approach, she researches innovative ways to improve healthcare sustainability. Liza is very experienced in the digital world of healthcare and also researches the digital possibilities to make healthcare more future-proof. She has a creative mind and can perfectly adapt to any situation. Her passions are therefore also of a creative nature: she loves to paint and listen to music.
Pim Valentijn
Our director Pim Valentijn is the heart of Essenburgh and lives in Harderwijk. Pim is very analytical and works is on achieving an improved healthcare system with lower costs. His research focuses entirely on making healthcare organizations future-proof and building a network between these organizations. Innovation is second nature to Pim, and he will create a solution for any given problem. Pim loves to ride his bike and he can prepare a delicious meal for friends and family.
Ans Withaar
Ans works as a Pensioen in Zicht® (Retirement in Sight) trainer and lives in Harderwijk. She is also involved in research and advises people with psych trauma. With a healthy dose of humor, Ans can reach out to anyone and she helps them to find or create their inner resilience. With over 35 years experience as a coach, she can effortlessly advise people and organizations to deal with complex innovative issues. Ans also loves to spoil herself and her family by cooking delicious meals, to afterward relax by reading a good book.
Steven Scheer
Steven Scheer is one of our trainers at Essenburgh and lives in Zutphen. Steven is an expert when it comes to coaching and feels very much at home when doing so. He therefore also works as a teacher at Windesheim University. By giving the right advice, he helps people and organizations to communicate clearly and correctly, so they can work through complex issues together. He is a gifted musician and plays [INSTRUMENT HERE]. Steven also loves to take a relaxing walk in nature.
Marieke Timmer – Ter Meer
Marieke works as a Pensioen in Zicht® (Retirement in Sight) trainer at Essenburgh and lives in Nijkerk. With commitment and care, she helps clients deal with various themes, including nutrition, lifestyle, and health. In addition, she’s a great listener and provides well-thought-out advice so people can find the right balance between things or learn to accept rough life events. Marieke is a true lover of nature. She loves going out for walks and often takes her racing bike for a trip.
Linda Hop
Linda is our office manager and lives in Harderwijk. Linda is the key factor that our team needs to carry out their innovative research and work. She makes sure every project is a success thanks to her close attention to detail and her communicative skills. Linda is also co-responsible for organizing training sessions and events. She loves to take walks in nature and she reads to really unwind.
Mark van Vuure
Mark is one of our trainers at Essenburgh Training & Advice. He lives in Ermelo and is primarily involved in the care and aftercare of youth healthcare clients and people with mental disabilities. Mark is very committed to his work and always gets to the core of any problem. Mark helps clients to be resilient in a way that works for them. Flexibility is a must. He enjoys playing football and loves to go out camping.
