Phase 1 | Explore options

Beginnend met een diepgaand kennismakingsgesprek, identificeren we jouw specifieke behoeften en brengen deze in kaart. We voeren een Quickscan uit om de huidige situatie te beoordelen. Gebaseerd op de resultaten van de quickscan stellen wij een gedetailleerd adviesrapport op, dat de knelpunten, oplossingen en succesfactoren beschrijft om jullie te bereiken. Dit rapport wordt vervolgens in een interactieve sparringssessie besproken, zodat alle vervolgstappen helder zijn en je volledig geïnformeerd bent over de mogelijke verbeteringen.

Phase 2 | Design plans

Op basis van de inzichten uit het adviesrapport ontwerpen we een plan op maat. We verkennen verschillende verbeterscenario’s, die tijdens de tweede sparringssessie worden doorgenomen om de voor- en nadelen van elk traject helder te krijgen. Uit deze scenario’s kiezen we de beste optie die aansluit bij de behoeften van jouw organisatie. Dit gekozen scenario wordt verder uitgewerkt in een gedetailleerde businesscase, die samen met jullie team wordt doorgenomen.

In deze cruciale fase stellen we een duidelijk en gestructureerd implementatie plan op, dat tijdens een uitgebreide kick-off sessie aan alle betrokken partijen wordt gepresenteerd.
