Essenburgh has been our annual employee survey partner at Diaverum since 2017.

This commitment is especially important in our industry; when our people are at their best, our patients receive the best care.

In 2021 and off the back of the pandemic, Essenburgh helped us to further digitalise our survey, moving away from paper-based questionnaires, through the use of QR codes and online forms. They also offered leaders access to an easy-to-use results dashboard, where they could slice and dice data according to their needs. This all resulted in all-time high participation rate, above 85% worldwide, and record scores noted across all metrics assessed in the survey”.
