How to build a successful care innovation ?
Our healthcare consultancy helps decision-makers in the healthcare sector to realise impactful healthcare innovations by substantiating them with measurable (Triple Aim) KPIs and reliable (scientific) data.
DATA ANALYSIS BY ESSENBURGH
For any healthcare organisation, at least one pillar of Triple Aim is an important – if not the most important – outcome.
The aim is to improve the patient experience, improve health or reduce healthcare costs. In order to achieve your organisational goals, it is necessary to measure and improve these KPIs.
Essenburgh monitors, evaluates and makes data transparent. We can advise you on what and how to measure to make the impact of your innovation tangible. Would you prefer us to collect and analyse the data for you? Then take a look at the possibilities under ‘Research’ or contact us directly.
CURRENT THEMES .
OUR METHODS .
Step 1; Orientation interviews
Before we start analysing data, we have several meetings to map out the goals and starting points of the issue/challenge for your organisation, institution, challenge or product. This gives us a clear picture of the focus, content and objective of the data analysis.
Step 2; Data analysis
After collecting the data – which can also be done by us – it is time to interpret the data and draw conclusions. Our team of experts, for example, looks for trends in the data that show how the market has developed and makes predictions and recommendations for the next step on this basis. On the basis of the data, we discover new insights, and on the basis of these insights, we are again looking for new data. In this way, we continue to challenge ourselves to be truly forward-looking and innovative.
Step 3; Presentation & Follow-up
In the final step, we make our analyses and insights concrete so that you and your colleagues can actually use them. We provide a presentation with the results, advice and next steps. During various contact moments, we evaluate together how the project went and where there are still challenges and opportunities. We believe that a project is not finished when it is presented. By maintaining intensive contact and adjusting during the process, we take joint responsibility for innovation.
