STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT BY ESSENBURGH
An innovation strategy provides direction. By making choices, the chances of success increase many times over.
Is your organization primarily focused on improving the patient experience, improving health, or reducing healthcare costs?
Whether you want to achieve all three at once or have a smaller goal in mind, Essenburgh helps you translate your vision into an actionable strategy and tangible results. With clear goals, logical models, and a clear roadmap, we ensure that short-term actions are aligned with the long-term vision. And that everyone in the organization knows how to contribute to it.
We apply the latest scientific insights and methods for maximum value and impact in strategy development.
Together with you, we develop a strategy and then test its effect.
OUR METHODS .
Step 1; Orientation interviews
Before we start with the actual strategy development we will have several meetings to map out the goals and starting points for your organization, institution, challenge or product. The goal is to get clear on the focus and content of the innovation. After approval the project phase starts.
Step 2; Strategy Development
Based on the exploratory talks, a plan of action is created with which our experts get to work. In developing the strategy for your innovation, the focus is on data collection, data analysis & interpretation, concretization of objectives and evaluation & discussion opportunities. Then the strategy development – including the gained insights and next steps – is presented.
Step 3; Support
Advice is nice, but results are what you do it for in the end! That is why we stay in touch after the strategy development presentation. During several contact moments, we evaluate together how (the implementation of) the project went and where challenges remain. We believe that a project is not finished at the presentation. By maintaining intensive contact, we jointly take responsibility for the implementation of the chosen development strategy(s).
