Step 1; Intake

Prior to a lecture or workshop, an intake interview takes place. During this interview, we jointly determine the goals, the desired results, and the plan of approach. This will give you the highest possible return on investment for your organization.

Step 2; Lecture and/or Workshop

Our lectures and workshops are characterized by inspiring introductions, followed by practical assignments. Plenary sessions alternate with working out assignments in subgroups. The lectures and workshops are given by experienced trainers.

Step 3; Support

In addition to a customized lecture or workshop, we can also support you in putting the insights from the lecture and/or workshop into practice. Essenburgh can support you with coaching and advice.
